HPC-18 Conference Registration Open

Registration is now open for the 18th International Symposium on High Performance Computer Architecture (HPC-18).

HPC-18 will be held February 25-29 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The registration deadline is February 5, 2012.

According to the website, this year’s conference session topics include: Reliability, Memory Systems and I/O, Parallel Architectures, Caches, and Heterogeneous Architectures.

This year, HPC-18 is co-located with the 17th Symposium on Principles and Practice of Parallel Programming (PPoPP), and the joint events will feature keynote speakers Sanjeev Kumar (Facebook) and Keshav Pingali (University of Texas, Austin).

According to the conference website, PPoPP is a forum for all aspects of parallel programming, including foundational and theoretical aspects, techniques, tools, and practical experiences. Session topics include: GPU Tools, Communication & SIMD Optimization, Programming Models, Parallel Algorithms, GPU Algorithms, Concurrent Data Structures, and Scheduling and Synchronization.
