Fedora 28 Server
On the DVD
The Fedora Project is sponsored by Red Hat as an incubator and proving ground for features that are eventually incorporated into Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The Fedora Server operating system includes the latest open source data center technologies for controlling your infrastructure and services. The Cockpit server manager lets you administer your Linux servers from a web browser, and the scalable database server is powered by the open source PostgreSQL project. Fedora Server is a short life cycle operating system with a new modular repository that provides additional versions of software on independent life cycles. You can choose the version of an application or a language stack you need and keep it, even when your operating system upgrades to a newer version.
