On the DVD
CoreOS 1122.2.0 (64-bit)
CoreOS is a lightweight Linux operating system for managing and running containers at scale with low overhead. CoreOS runs on nearly any physical or virtual platform. The CoreOS website states that the distribution is "designed for clustered deployments providing automation, security, and scalability for your most critical applications" [1]. CoreOS is based on kernel 4.7.0, uses the Systemd init, is licensed under Apache 2.0, includes updated Docker 1.10.3, and updates software automatically [2].
NethServer (multiarch)
NethServer is a Linux distribution for servers based on CentOS 6.8 and licensed under the GPLv3. It is advertised as "scalable, secure, cloud ready, and fast" [3]. Designed for small offices and medium enterprises (SMBs), NethServer includes a reliable mail server with antivirus and antispam, Samba file server, web server with LAMP stack, modular UTM firewall, web filter for HTTP and HTTPS, groupware, and ownCloud private cloud. The SELinux policy has been changed from permissive to disabled, and collectd has been upgraded to version 5. The default NethForge Software Center behavior now allows users to find extra modules built by the community.
