Sysdig Launches Open Source Stratoshark for Cloud Observability
Sysdig has announced Stratoshark, an open source tool that extends Wireshark’s network visibility into the cloud.
Wireshark has helped users analyze network traffic and troubleshoot issues for 27 years, the announcement says. Now, Stratoshark (described as “Wireshark for the Cloud”) offers deep cloud observability to help admins analyze and troubleshoot cloud system calls and logs using familiar functionality.
The tool combines packet analysis with Falco’s runtime security to help teams accelerate incident response and adapt to the rapidly changing demands of cloud-native systems.
