Conclusions
Microsoft has begun moving its identity tools from Azure to the Entra portal. Although the familiar technologies still exist in Azure, Entra sees Microsoft establish a new set of features that are exactly what admins need to reduce their workloads and rule out human error through automation.
Functionality, however, still has much room for improvement: multilingual user communication, more tasks, better error handling, and the like. However, don't forget that this article refers to the public preview of Microsoft Entra, and it would be wrong to judge Entra in a phase in which it is not yet ready for production. It will be exciting to see new features being added in the near future.
