The company introduced a new automated optimization service.

Penguin Solutions has updated its ICE ClusterWare software platform (formerly Scyld ClusterWare) with “multi-tenancy support, streamlined workflows, and enhanced controls.”

Additionally, the company also introduced a new ICE ClusterWare AIM optimization service. This service, which is designed for IT and data center operations teams managing large-scale AI and HPC clusters, provides:

  • Automated remediation, which detects and resolves system inefficiencies before they impact performance.
  • Prescriptive maintenance, which identifies and mitigates failures before they occur.
  • Operational efficiency at scale, which optimizes workload distribution to maximize GPU utilization.

“With ICE ClusterWare software and ICE ClusterWare AIM service, we enable enterprises to build intelligent compute environments that optimize efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness – ensuring AI workloads run at peak performance while minimizing operational complexity,” said Trey Layton, vice president of software and product management, Penguin Solutions.
