Meet Owl: A Large Language Model for IT Operations
Researchers from Beihang University and Cloudwise Research have introduced Owl, a specialized large language model trained specifically for IT operations, reports Ben Wodecki.
“Owl is designed to help automate and enhance IT workflows, including improving data analysis and troubleshooting processes,” Wodecki says.
According to the paper describing the research, “OWL demonstrates superior performance results on IT tasks, which outperforms existing models by significant margins. Moreover, we hope that the findings of our work will provide more insights to revolutionize the techniques of IT operations with specialized LLMs.”
